Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tk888 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"). They apply to all use of the tk888 platform, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, crash games, slots, and all financial transactions conducted through the platform.

By accessing or using the tk888 platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this platform. tk888 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon publication on the platform.

Eligibility

To open and maintain a tk888 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to meet any condition at any point may result in account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tk888 applies strict age verification procedures during KYC and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract. Corporations, trusts, and legal entities may not open player accounts on tk888.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, or have previously been permanently excluded from tk888 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts are strictly personal. Any account found to be used for the benefit of a third party will be closed immediately.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on tk888. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances across all affected accounts. The following rules govern account registration and ongoing account security.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tk888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify tk888 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Contact [email protected] to report security concerns.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include the Bangladesh National ID card (NID) and passport. tk888 may request additional documentation at any time to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• tk888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time pending completion of identity verification. Account balances will be held securely during any verification period and released upon successful completion of KYC.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate permanent closure.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tk888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard as payment methods. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT per transaction. tk888 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval.
• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal will be processed. If KYC is pending, tk888 may hold withdrawal requests until identity is confirmed. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and not a punitive measure.
• tk888 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside tk888's control and will not be reimbursed.
• tk888 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or in compliance with applicable legal obligations. Players will be notified of any such hold and provided with information on the steps required to release the funds.
• Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not permitted. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party payment account will be refunded and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

tk888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, in addition to the general rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier) is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Players may not combine multiple welcome bonus offers across duplicate accounts.
• tk888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus at any time if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in breach of these Terms, or if abusive bonus behaviour is detected. This includes but is not limited to the use of automated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until rollover requirements are fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before rollover conditions are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• Seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and BPL season promotions) are subject to their own separate promotional terms which will be published at the time the promotion is launched. General bonus rules in this section apply where no specific promotional term overrides them.

Responsible Gaming

tk888 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. Use of these tools is voluntary unless applied by tk888 in response to a player-initiated self-exclusion request or a regulatory requirement.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once a limit is reduced, the new limit takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Players may request a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, the account remains open but no deposits, bets, or bonuses may be made or claimed. Time-outs cannot be cancelled early.
• Players wishing to permanently exclude themselves from tk888 must contact [email protected]. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and cannot be reversed at the player's request within a minimum period of 5 years.
• tk888 operates a strict 21+ age verification policy. Minors found to have accessed the platform will be immediately excluded, all balances will be forfeited, and where required by law, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripting technology to interact with the tk888 platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, or deliberately exploiting wagering loopholes identified through coordinated play.
• Attempting to launder money or use tk888 for any activity associated with financial crime, including the deposit of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players or platform staff to gain an unfair advantage, including the sharing of game outcome information in real time during live casino sessions.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the full amount of the chargeback.
• Accessing or attempting to access tk888 using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity in a manner that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of tk888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the tk888 platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of tk888.

The tk888 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of tk888. Unauthorised use of any tk888 trademark, trade name, or trade dress in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if tk888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account Termination and Closure

tk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice in the circumstances set out below. Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support.

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to age misrepresentation, bonus abuse, prohibited activities, or providing false KYC documentation.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal activity associated with the player account.
• Player request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion. Funds remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. An inactivity notice will be sent to the registered email address 30 days prior to any administrative closure. Funds will be held for a period of 12 months following closure and may be claimed by contacting [email protected].

Amendments to These Terms

tk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk888 will publish the updated Terms on the platform with a revised Last Updated date. Where practicable, registered players will be notified of significant changes by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the tk888 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting [email protected].
